MIG sold a 100+ bed SNF/RCF west of St. Louis to a new buyer-landlord group with a strong MO operator.
MIG is pleased to announce the successful sale of a skilled nursing and residential care facility (SNF/RCF) with over 100 beds, located roughly an hour outside of St. Louis, Missouri. We were engaged by a non-profit ownership group to conduct a targeted marketing process for the community.
Despite some regulatory and reimbursement complexities—including adjustments to Medicaid rates—we successfully navigated the deal to closing. The buyer was a landlord-focused group that acquires properties and leases them to skilled nursing operators. In this case, they brought in one of their existing tenant partners with a strong operational presence in Missouri. This marks the first transaction MIG has completed with this particular buyer, and we anticipate further opportunities to collaborate following this successful closing.
